She was predeceased by: her husband Nathan Dewayne Isom; her parents, Samuel Calvin McCauley and Georgia Beatrice Jett McCauley; her son Nathan Isom II; and her siblings, Claude McJunkin, Tommy McJunkin, Harold McJunkin, Jerry McCauley, Samuel McCauley, Jimmy McCauley, Margaret Connors, Frances Tucker and Geraldine Byars.
She is survived by: her sisters, Margie McCauley and Martha Hall; and her grandchildren, Nathan Isom III, Dylan Isom, Madison Isom, John Isom, Paul Isom and Catherine Isom.
