He is survived by: his children, Matt Holley (Mary), Michael Slevin and Tammy Gooch (Bradley); his sisters, Janet Maxwell, Shirley Perry, Rita Ayers, Sharon Cook and Diana Cox; and his granddaughters, Claudia and Jessi.
