Dorothy Thompson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, Dorothy Thompson of Fountain Inn, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dorothy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dorothy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband David H. Thompson; her father Fred Spoone; her daughter Pam Soria; and her grandson Toby Thackston. She is survived by: her mother Cora Weaver Spoone; her children, Michael Thompson, Sr. (Martha) and Sheron Fraylick; and her sisters, Loretta Woods and Brenda Knight. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
