He was predeceased by: his sister Kimber Painter. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Leonard Painter and Frances Kathleen Parker Painter; his sons, Josh Sorrells (Mallory) and Nathan Painter (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Dawson, Maddox, Oaklee and Wrenlee.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral Service (1218 N Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Five Forks Baptist Church (112 Batesville Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29681). A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Five Forks Baptist Church Cemetery (112 Batesville Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29681).
