He is survived by: his mother Judy Dukes Hollingsworth; his sons, Tyler Hollingsworth (Kelsey), Austin Hollingsworth and Kaleb Hollingsworth; his brother Jason Hollingsworth; his grandson Brantley "Boo"; his cousins, Jeff Lewis and Dupree Lewis; and his pet Gizmo.
