Payne of Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 78, on March 5, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred N. Payne and Lota G. Payne. He is survived by: his wife Sara S. Payne; his son Patrick Payne (Katja); his brother G. Fred Payne (Kay); his nephews, John Payne (Jane) and Mark Payne (Jessica); and his niece Janet Payne Summers (Mac).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SouthPark Church and The Levine & Dickson Hospice House at Southminster who provided exceptional and loving care for Bill in his last days.
