He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Livert and Florence Livert; and his pet Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Raichle Livert; his children, Jon Livert of Belmont and Becca Zoller of Charlotte; and his grandsons, Max Livert, Eli and Miles Zoller.
