He is survived by: his spouse Hue Hoa Pham; his sister Chinh Nguyen (Xuan); his children, Rosalynn Hoang (Tinh), Anthony Pham (Christie) and Tien Pham (Sonny); his grandchildren, Alex Hoang, Gabrielle Adams (Mark) and Philip Pham; and his sisters, Vong Pham, Tuong Pham, Ngo Pham and Xiem Pham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Palmetto Funeral Home (2049 Carolina Pl, Fort Mill, SC 29708). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
