He is survived by: his children, Randy McCarver (Suzanne) of Indian Land and Rhonda McCarver of York, SC; his siblings, Eric McCarver of Brevard, NC and Dorinda Gaye Kimbrell (Fred) of York; his grandchildren, Treston Strait, Will Guthrie, Tex McCarver and Zoey McCarver; his great grandchild Arden Strait; and his close friend Jamie Howell.
