He is survived by: his wife Evette Hall Freeman; his sons, Steven Freeman of Fort Mill and Calvin Freeman (Eliva) of Charlotte, N. C.; his siblings, Doug Freeman and Gloria "Jean" Klutz; his grandchildren, Adrienne, Makayla, Ashley, Courtney and Lucas; and his nieces and nephews, Dorthy, Stephanie, Rachel, Carl, Sam and Jason.
