He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay "Nana" Smith; his children-in-law, Ryan Mullenax, Stephanie Mullenax and Briana Mullenax (Jeremy Conner); his siblings, Fred Smith (Vi) and Melinda Huff; his grandchildren, Cameron Mullenax, Abigail Williams, Currin Williams, Lincoln Conner and Jack Conner; his nephew Jeff Smith; and his niece Catherine Krantz (Andrew).
