She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Barnette and Maude Barnette. She is survived by: her husband Charles Blanton; her children, Tracy Rehlander (Jeff), Bergen Blanton (Kathy) and Ginger Freeman; her grandchildren, Ryan Blanton, Stephanie Kwon (Tony), Whitney Moore (Matt), Michael Pettus (Elaina), Brodie Freeman (Corbin), Sidney Faulkenberry (Corley), Mandy Muller (Joseph), Emily Kalman (Ross) and Ally Fogle (Brett); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Vivian, Pierce Kwon, Nathan, Hailey Moore, Jackson, Dean, Marlee Pettus, Parker, Norah, Kellen Muller, Palmer, Briggs Kalman, Sophia, Caden, Emmy Fogle and Layla Collins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Resurrection Church (2940 Commonwealth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
