He is survived by: his wife Lucia of Jong; his sister Ria Houtenbos; his children, Margaretha (Andrew), Colin and Robert (Nicki); his grandchildren, Donovan, Sarah (Boots), Chloe, Alex (Alicia), Chandler, Mia, Ashton and Brooke; and his great grandchild Jenna.
