He was predeceased by: his father Jim Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Helen Campbell; his wife Sue Campbell; his children, Kelly Campbell and Jim Campbell (Gaby); and his siblings, Dave Campbell (Carol), Karen Rogers, Helen Dittmer, Joe Campbell (Robin), Theresa Ruth (Rod) and Anne Johnson (Gary). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and their respective spouses; and 22 grand-nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private memorial service and requests that donations be made in Jim's memory to the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, FL.
