He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Emmett Shepard Jr. and Florence Etna Lovejoy Shepard; and his siblings, Charles Smith, James Smith and Catherine Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Shephard of Oswego, N. Y., James Shephard of Rochester, N. Y., Harold Smith of Grandy, N. Y. and Joanna Rawlins of Fort Mill, S. C.; his daughters, Ashley Williamson and Courtney Williamson; and his grandchildren, Zoie Carpenter, Brooke West and Blake West.
