She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Duncan and Christine Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Don Neil; her children, Charles Neil, Debbie Neil, Don Neil Jr. and Scott Neil; and her siblings, Evelyn Frady of Waynesville, NC, Hilda Crook and Wade Duncan of Waynesville, NC.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Palmetto Funeral Home (2049 Carolina Pl, Fort Mill, SC 29708).
