He is survived by: his wife Kathy Morrow Spurlock; his daughter Anne Morrow Spurlock Perrone (Jeffrey Perrone); his grandchildren, Kaylin and Grant; and his sisters, Mary Caroline (Barry Ancelet), Ann Logan (Tony Swearingen) and Frances (Steven Huggins).
