She was predeceased by: her sisters, Phyllis Ann Kelton and Susan Nannet Ross. She is survived by: her husband Bobby D. "Bob" Ballard; her sister Linda Bjelland of Rockwood, TN; her stepfather Rock Wiles of Winnsboro, SC; her children, Paul Voth (Carol) of Lake Stevens, WA, Jenny Lynn Trull (Jon) of Monroe, NC, Tanda Culleton (Harvy) of Denton, NC and Britt Ballard of Nashville, TN; her adoptive daughter Gerri Lynn Hargrove (Cameron); her nephew Gary Harris of Sumter, SC; and her great-niece Jennifer Lynn Harris. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roddey Baptist Church in memory of Carol.
