He is survived by: his wife Barbara Beard Williams; his sons, Tom Williams (Teri) of Holly Hill, SC, Jamie Williams (Christy) of Fort Lawn and Ronnie Williams (Jessica) of Lancaster; his sister Joyce Green (Steve) of Fort Lawn; his sisters-in-law, Delta Williams and Debbie Williams of Rock Hill; his brothers, John Terry Williams, Frank Williams and Gary Williams (Wanda) of Mt. Holly, NC; his brother-in-law Donald Boyd of Great Falls; his grandchildren, Kathryn Reis (Kevin) of Concord, Blake Williams of Fort Lawn, Adrianna Rosina of Fort Lawn, Morgan Williams of Lancaster, Brantlee Williams of Lancaster and Bentley Williams of Lancaster; and his great grandchildren, Karley Reis and Kolton Reis of Concord.
