He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth E. Rodgers and Texie Collins Rodgers; his siblings, Billy, Fenton Rodgers and Sarah Burns; his nephew Seth Rodgers; and his pet Ginger.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rowena Garrison Rodgers; his children, Doris A. Powell, Sandra K. Murray (Mark), William N. Rodgers, Kathy D. Fowler and Earnest E. Rodgers; his grandsons, Joshua Murray (Andrea), Jonathan Robert Murray (Megan) and David Rodgers; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Makenna and Finnley Murray; and his nieces and nephews, Rosalyn, Pam, Quinton and Chuck.
