He is survived by: his mother Patsy Taylor Satterfield of Great Falls; his wife Sheila Young Satterfield; his sons, Justin Satterfield of Fort Lawn and Christopher Satterfield (Elizabeth) of Richburg; his grandchildren, Sadie Leighanne Satterfield of Richburg and Christian Hayes Satterfield of Richburg; his sister Alison Turner (Tim); and his niece Emma Helms of Lancaster.
