He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Daniel Bailey and Christine Curlee Bailey; his wife Doris Tuttle Bailey; and his brother Don Bailey. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Bailey (Angela) of Fort Lawn, Christopher Bailey (Kim) of Fort Lawn and Russell Bailey (Tammy) of Fort Lawn; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Joshua, Christin, Katelyn and Sydney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
