She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Julious Mills and Eunice Outlaw Mills. She is survived by: her husband Charles Baker; her children, Tammy Dickerson (David Dickerson) of Lancaster, Robert Baker (Patricia Baker) of Temple Ga and Horace Baker (Sara Baker) of Great Falls; her grandchildren, Sophia Hill, Brandon Dickerson, Kevin Baker, Timothy Baker, Jonathan Baker and Amanda Jones; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Hill, Gracelyn Hill, Jimmy Hill, Jennifer Borowsky and Dean Jones; and her brother Robert Mills of Lancaster.
