It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Rudolph Black of Fort Lawn, South Carolina, born in Winnsboro, South Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Black and Marion Geddings Black; his grandchildren, Lisa Lee and Charles Robert Day; his great grandchild Cory Lee; and his sister Elizabeth McBrayer.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Harich, Glenda Black and Charles Randolph "Randy" Black of Ft. Lawn; and his grandchildren, James "Sonny" Day, Sheila Doster and Rebecca Williams. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials made in Mr. Blacks memory to the Ft. Lawn Church of God, P.O. Box 15, Ft. Lawn, SC 29714.
