He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wayne Thomas and Nina Jean Keiser; and his grandmother Judy Marie Buller. He is survived by: his wife Shelli; his children, Mckenzie Thomas, Morgan Thomas and Nathaniel Thomas; and his sister Mindy Thomas.
