He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kate McQueen and Edwin Lucian Wiggins; and his sister Mary Anne Wiggins Moody. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Bryant Wiggins; his children, Paul Edwin Wiggins and Jennifer Wiggins Chester; his son-in-law Charles Andrew Chester (Andy); and his nieces, Deborah Manning, Carmella Moody, Katrina Newell and Kristin Hyatt.
