It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Newell Price of Fork, South Carolina, born in Mullins, South Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Price Sr.; her grandson Joey Wellington; her son-in-law Ronnie Wellington; her parents, Fred Newell and Allie Newell; and her siblings, John Newell, Jim Newell and Sylvia Newell (Larry Powell) of Santee.

She is survived by: her children, Allen "Bobo" Price Jr. (Jenny) of Fork, Reece Price (Sharon) of Lake View, Debbie Price Wellington of Florence and Becky Price Ford (Andy) of Fork; her grandchildren, Danielle Kaltsounis (Art) of Mt. Pleasant, Shannon Price of Lake View, Elizabeth Dixon (Kevin) of Murrells Inlet, Bryan Price (Nicole) of Lake View, Wesley Price (Katie) of Fork, Travis Ford (Vanessa) of Flowery Branch, GA and Adam Ford; and her caregivers, Carol Parker and Morgan Davis. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
