She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Diane Leverette Duvall, Dorothy Leverette Phillips (Jim), Stephen Casey (Terry), Butler Moore Henry Casey and William Phillips Jr.; and also, Pamela Butler, Karen Casey Pierre (Jack), Catherine Butler Perry (Russ), William Phillips (Carole), Stephen Casey, Jr. (Marcy), Joseph Hunter, Carole Cochran Phillips, Kathryn Casey and Hagan Casey.
