She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Couchon McCarthy and William McCarthy; and her brother Paul McCarthy. She is survived by: her husband George Spain III; her son David Spain (Margaret Minch); her grandchildren, Connor and Suzie Spain; her daughter Shannon Robinson (Shane Robinson); her brother Sean McCarthy; her nephew Trevor; her niece Cassandra McCarthy; and her great-nephew Finn.
