She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Sherrod and Clifford Sherrod; her husband Morrow Costa; and her brother Michael Sherrod. She is survived by: her sons, Jay Costa (Mandy) of Folly Beach and Cliff Costa (Deborah) of Johns Island; her grandchildren, Brandon Costa (Maggie), Drew Costa, Callie Costa, Kelsey Costa and McKenna Costa; her great grandchildren, Ellison Costa and Hayes Costa; her niece Lindsey Sherrod Dunn (Carrington); her nephew Christopher Michael Sherrod (Angel); her sister Barbara Jean Borgen of Yakima, Washington; her siblings-in-law, Irvind Borgen of Charleston, Sue McMullen Sherrod of Gifford, PA and Robert Costa of Hershey, PA; and her cousin Ellison Ricks (Genie). She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; and many great nieces, great nephews.
