He is survived by: his daughters, Allyson Neal Anderson (Barrett) of Florence and Kaitlin Neal Gaster (Matthew) of Florence; his girlfriend Karen Frazier; his girlfriend's son Allen Collins of Piedmont, SC; his grandchildren, Chase Barrett Anderson, Emmy Jane Anderson, Bennett Harry Gaster, Beau Thomas Gaster and Briggs Neal Gaster; and his siblings, Janice Louise Neal of Williamston, SC, Mary Kate Neal of Williamston, SC, Kathy Neal Hicks (Raymond) of Florence, Lisa Neal Hall (Jeff) of Florence, Vardry "Voddy" Lewis Neal of Florence and Franklin "Frank" Robert Neal (Renee) of Timmonsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (915 Cherokee Rd, Florence, SC 29501). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
