He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry, Sr. and Beatrice Helen Sawyer Justice; and his brother Charles Justice. He is survived by: his wife Devonda Swofford Justice; his daughters, Amie Allen (Stan) and Olivia Justice; his sisters, Patricia "Pat" Alred (Jim) and Cheryl Williams (Buddy); and his grandchildren, Tyler McKimmey, Madison McKimmey Dawson McKimmey and Josie Justice.
