She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Cox and Ella Morris Cox; her husband Raymond Mack; her siblings, John, Stanley, I. Cox, Dolly, Ida Mae, Pearl, Mary Sue and Carrie; and her granddaughter Nickie Joyner.
She is survived by: her children, James Edwin Mack (Donna), Raymond S. Mack, II (Fran) and Sheila Hayes; and her granddaughters, Susan Bryson, Tiffany McDaniel, Tammy Sarvis, Crystal Mack and Lisa Matthews. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
