He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny R. Rotan and Sadie Moore Rotan. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Nichols Rotan; his son Thomas Rotan (Rebecca); his sister Ruth Cooper; his grandchildren, Addison Kate and Jude Thomas Rotan; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Kennedy (Brian) and Mitchell Nichols. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
