He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilden Lee Galloway, Sr. and Ruby Louise Galloway (Sanders). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Welsh Galloway; his daughter Julia; and his sister Gale Smith (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
