He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Evans of Virginia and John Ervin Evans; and his brother Kenny Evans. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Waddell Evans; his son Jason L. Evans (Ashley); his siblings, Larry Evans and Gloria Matthews; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
