He was predeceased by: his wife Betty DeBerry Clarke. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dennis Horne (Denise) and Susan Horne Hinson (Victor); his grandchildren, Amy Carmichael (Shane), Kellie Pegarella (Michael) and Evan Horne (Nikki); his great grandchildren, Dylan Horne, Kinsey Horne and Danielle Pegarella; and his pet Lacey.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505).
