He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly Elmore and Emma Lee Russ Elmore; and his wife Priscilla Elmore. He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Elmore (Pamela) and Brad Elmore; his siblings, William Kelly Elmore, Jr. (Mamie), Linda Hatfield (Tommy) and Patricia Allen; and his grandchildren, Austin, Gracee, Stacee, Hunter and Angel. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and "Millie" his canine companion.
