“I was fortunate enough to work along Steve(Stevo) for 20 years. We got to watch Steve grow into an accomplished chef. His passion for creativity, presentation, fresh ingredients and presentation was inspiring. Back in the day, neck and facial tattoos were not allowed while chefs worked action stations. One of the facial tattooed chefs was complaining and felt discriminated against because I had to replace him with Steve. Steve says "Ahhh...stop your whining and try being 5" 4 all your life"”
