She was predeceased by: her parents, P. T. Brown, Jr. and Mary Alice Brown; her husband Donald E. Stone; and her sister Libby Brown Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Landeck and Lori Paterson; her stepdaughter Melanie S. Russell; her siblings, Bill Brown (Vicki), Peggy B. Parker (Tom) and Nancy Frith (Steve); her grandchildren, Caroline "Abby" Paterson, Cameron Paterson, Payton Landeck, James Goss, Chad Goss and Kathryn Russell; her great grandchild Easton; and her close friend Crystal Allen.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (524 S Ebenezer Rd, Florence, SC 29501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
