She is survived by: her significant other Everette Evans; her daughters, Angel Jacobus (Bart), Laurie Cook (Durant) and Michelle Harrelson (Mark); and her grandchildren, Robin Hicks (Bryan), Brandon Jacobus (Emmie), Ashley Jacobus, Kasey Jacobus (Eric), Savannah Floyd (Jonathan), Christopher Holland and Connie Cook. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
