She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Earl Staats and Norma Jean McCoy Staats. She is survived by: her husband David J. Kiessling; her children, David John Kiessling Jr. and Amy Elizabeth Kiessling; and her brother Daniel J. Staats.
