He is survived by: his parent Grace Munn Spivey; his wife Anna H. Spivey; his children, Rebecca S., Petty S, Susan S. and David P.; and his grandchildren, Hunter M. Welch of Florence, Hannah E. Welch of Florence and Carson Petty of Florence.
