He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Holden and Merlin Dukes; his wife Joyce; his son David Ramthun (Kelly); and his half-sister Marcella "Sis" Sorensen.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristina MacPherson (Doug); his grandsons, Donovan and Grant MacPherson (Rebecca); his great grandchild John MacPherson; his sisters, Sharon Brandt (Dan) and Scottie Ransom (Mike); and his half-brothers, Wayne Ramthun and John Ramthun. He is also survived by many cousins nieces and nephews.
