He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Cook and Frances Gaskins Cook. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stephens Cook; his siblings, Roy Cook (Mary), Roger Cook, Jerry Cook, Frankie Cook, Jeanette Lewellyn and Barbara C. Driggers (Tex); his stepdaughter Brittany Hardee; and his grandson Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
