He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith Lewis; his sons, Robert Allen Lewis, Jr. (Meg) and Ryan Clark Lewis (Glenda); and his grandchildren, Weston Lewis, Hayden Lewis, Ausley Lewis, Lilly-Claire Lewis and Clancy Lewis.
