He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Ann Barber and Billy Hudson Tumlin; and his wife Melba Diane Wood Tumlin. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Tumlin Moody (Coleman) of Florence and Amanda Kaye Tumlin of Florence; and his brothers, William Ray Tumlin of Warrior, AL and Howell Jay Tumlin of Warrior, AL.
