He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Lynch and Elizabeth Strickland Lynch; his siblings, Jimmy, Margaret Harrell and Annie Ruth Lynch; and his son-in-law Wesley Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Holloman Lynch; his brother Phillip Lynch; his grandchildren, Ashley Oliver (Marcus), Courtney Raines (Frank), Randolph Miller (Holly), Chad McMillian, Eve McMillian (Lewis), Sammy Bryant and Wyatt Miller; and his daughter Melissa Gayle Lynch Miller. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
