She was predeceased by: her parent Hazel Small; her son Ricky Kelly; and her siblings, Jimmy Small, Gloria Delores Bradshaw and Evon "Eva".
She is survived by: her parent Helen Kirby Small; her husband Willard R. Kelly; her daughters, Vicky Gee (Preston), Kim Jewell (Gregg) and Connie Joyner; her siblings, Perry "Squeaky" Small and Sylvia Blackmon; and her grandchildren, Preston L. Gee, IV, Kelly R. Gee, Amber D. Joyner, Daniel R. Joyner, II, Kasey K. Godwin and Ricky V. Kelly, Jr.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and her beloved canine companion.
