It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mickey Merene Moss Sr. (Florence, South Carolina), who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Moss, Jr.; and his nephew Jerry Moss, III. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Floyd Moss; his children, Heather Williamson (Mike), Bryan Moss, Haley Kemmerlin, Bree Houser (Trevor), Chaney Kemmerlin (Jordan), Fallon Barnes (Jeff), Thomas Moss and Mickey Moss, Jr.; his grandchildren, Reed Williamson, Barrett Williamson, Blakely Kemmerlin, Easton Smith and Scarlett Houser; and his sisters, Vicki Lyn Bobbitt (Hamp) and Dawn Arrington (Henry). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at the Mount Hope Cemetery (100 Cherokee Rd, Florence, SC 29501).
